Differences between Blogs and Wikis

A wiki is a website where users can add, remove, and edit every page using a web browser
and link pages together. They are used to create community websites. Wikis can be used for group projects.

A blog is a website where entries are displayed and provide comments or news on a particular subject. Blogs combine text, images, and links to other blogs.

RSS Feeds in the Medical Library

Since the field of medicine is changing every day, RSS feeds could be very useful in the medical library. Our patrons would benefit from having access to up-to-date information available on the web, it would shorten the time they spend searching for health related websites, these would be brought to them.
